myqrmenu.io (powered by Coding's Art) is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing digital QR menus and self-ordering systems.

1. Digital Delivery Only

Because our services are entirely cloud-based software, we do not ship any physical goods or products (such as physical printed QR cards, tabletop stands, or receipt printers). No physical shipping address or delivery transit is required.

2. Fulfillment Process

Account Seeding: Upon registering a new merchant account, your digital menu space is created instantly. You can immediately access your dashboard, add menu items, and view or download your QR codes.
Subscription Upgrades: When you upgrade to any paid tier (Basic, Standard, or Premium), the transaction is verified instantly by Razorpay. Your item limit is increased and your menu's "myqrmenu.io" branding watermark is removed **immediately** and automatically in real-time.

3. Access Issues

If you encounter any delays in plan activation or system access after a successful payment transaction, please write to us immediately at privacy@myqrmenu.io or call +91 9855988930. Our support engineers will verify your payment signature and manually override/activate your plan within a few hours.
