myqrmenu.io is a modern SaaS platform that lets cafes, restaurants, food trucks, and retail shops build beautiful digital menus. Your customers scan a unique QR code to view your catalog and place orders directly.
❓ How do WhatsApp orders work?
When a customer scans your QR menu, chooses items, and selects their order type (Dine-In or Take-away), the system compiles their cart and copies a high-resolution thermal receipt image to their clipboard. It then redirects them to open WhatsApp with a prefilled message containing the order summary. Customers can easily paste and send the receipt image to your restaurant WhatsApp number to confirm.
❓ Do I need a special printer or tablet?
No special hardware is required! You can receive and manage orders on any mobile phone or computer running WhatsApp. Since receipt bills are shared directly as images, you don't even need a thermal printer.
❓ How do I configure tax and discounts?
You can manage all sales variables in the Settings tab of your merchant dashboard. Simply check the toggles to enable Tax or Discounts, input the percentage rate, and click save. The customer checkout modal will apply these calculations instantly.
❓ Can I hide my GSTIN from customers?
Yes. Under the GST / Tax Invoice section in the Settings tab, you can choose to show or hide your GSTIN on the customer-facing menu and on checkout bill receipts using simple checkboxes.
❓ How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply navigate to the Subscribe tab in your dashboard, click cancel, and confirm. You will retain access to your plan until the end of your billing period, after which it will downgrade automatically to the Free plan.
